They have associations in 112 countries with 1.5 million user companies and process approximately 6 billion transactions every day, facilitating smooth and accurate communication between the businesses.
Our client despite their success, faced several challenges with their current processes:
- The booking and verification processes for barcodes were complex and time-consuming
- The system had issues regarding job creation, verifications checklists, and status checks. This resulted in data inaccuracies
- During their system migration from Axapta 2012 to D365 Finance, several customized features and functionalities became inoperable, leading to operational delays and disruptions
